2.4 a789 operates a know-your-customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your registered payment method before withdrawals are processed.
2.5 a789 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, provided false information, or engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 below.
3.1 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). a789 does not apply a foreign exchange conversion margin on PKR transactions.
3.2 Accepted Deposit Methods. a789 currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the cashier screen.
3.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your a789 balance immediately in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect depending on the issuing bank.
3.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. a789 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method but a789 targets same-day processing for verified accounts during business hours (09:00–18:00 PKT, Monday to Friday).
3.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where: (a) your account has not completed KYC verification; (b) a789 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; (c) a bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied in full; or (d) a legal hold or investigation is in progress.
3.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. a789 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormancy schedule, provided applicable law permits. You will be notified by email or SMS before any fee is applied.
4.1 All bets placed on a789 are final once confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted by the a789 system and a bet reference number has been issued, you may not cancel or amend that bet except where a789 provides an explicit cash-out or edit-bet facility for that market.
4.2 a789 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently determined to have been affected by match-fixing, irregular play, force majeure, or any other circumstance that materially compromised the integrity of the event.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits a789's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10.2 a789 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data and PKR balance from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
11.1 a789 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered account holders via email or SMS to the contact details held on file at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.
11.2 Your continued use of the a789 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your a789 account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining PKR balance.
